Issue Position

I believe jobs are created by business and not the Federal Government. Low State and local taxes helps bring jobs to our State. As a Congressman, I believe we can do a lot to help by lower Federal Taxes and making Government more efficient in collecting taxes.

I THINK CONGRESS CAN ASSIST BY GETTING LAW'S REPEALED SO BUSINESS CAN GROW.

I AM A CONSTITUTIONALIST AND IT'S TIME TO TAKE OUR STATE AND COUNTRY BACK AND I NEED YOUR HELP..

We need to join the law suit with Utah and take our State land back 87% is under Federal controls. Get the Federal Government out of Nevada and let Nevada run it's own Government. I will push it from Washington to help Nevada grow.

We need to stop the EPA as they are hurting our State and keeping us from getting more jobs. I will work on this from the Federal side and stop the EPA. The EPA wants to tax Cow Fart's and it's not a joke even though it is funny and ridiculous. Here is what the real problem, it will cut production of all your families beef and milk products and raise cost's. We will be forced to buy our milk for our children and meat from other countries like China at higher prices and lower quality like the toys we buy from them now.

We need to stop the proliferation of our minerals, we need a smelting plant in Nevada. It will create jobs in Nevada and by making all minerals processed here. We will get the full amount of taxes for our minerals without creating new taxes. This could actually lower our taxes over all. We are currently shipping the minerals out of the country for processing, sending jobs and money over seas.

We are under attack from United Nations Agenda 21 also known as Sustainable Development. They claim it will create maybe 300 jobs in Yerington but the Federal government plans to take two million acres more of our State land, keeping it out of the hands of the public. This land includes four-wheeling trails, hiking trails, mining, geothermal electric plants and oil rich land. All this land will be "Off Limits" to the American People. This is ridiculous and dangerous to our States well being. The Oil Companies have found large oil reserves, they are prepared to create jobs and reduce fuel costs to the State. It's time we begin to take our State back from the Federal government. We need to join Alabama in a legal ban against United Nations Agenda 21. Arizona and other states have also begun drafting laws to ban the attack on their Stats, Nevada needs to join the fight. Texas has laws forcing the Oil Companies to help fund their schools, roads and much more. We also want, and need a refinery in our State that would cut our gas prices at the pump.

Government Mandated Healthcare has cost us over two million jobs, it has also forced people who worked full time to become part time help under 30 hours a week to be exempted from Government Mandated Healthcare costs. Now Congress wants to raise the minimum wage and that will cost another 500,000 more jobs. When is Enough, Enough! I will tell you when we quit looking at the Federal Government as the solution to our problems. I remember what a great President said "Don't ask what your Country can do for you, but what you can do for your Country" and this is what we must do to save our Country.
